Social and context aware multimedia content distribution in cellular network

Multimedia content is increasing exponentially. It is becoming a worldwide challenge to handle that huge content in the edge networks as well as inside the data centers. This talk will focus on the use of upcoming technologies to improve the performance of hybrid data center networks and efficient content prediction within the cellular networks for the effective network policies and decision making. 


Waqar Ali Aziz is a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science, University of Cyprus. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pak, in 2016, and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology, Pak, in 2020. His research interests include the application of optimization methods in wireless networks, use of metasurfaces in the next generation mobile networks, and deep learning in the computer networks.
